Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) taya7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. taya7 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Any funds in your account at the time of termination (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you following completion of all necessary verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to taya7.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
